My focus is on providing weekly individual therapy, skills practice, and exposure-based interventions.

My approach also tends to de-emphasize technology, so that I can be fully present with you and minimize distractions.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2008, after first completing a Bachelor's Degree at Pomona College. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2008, after first completing a Bachelor's Degree at Pomona College. My training includes an APA accredited internship at Albany Medical College and a postdoctoral fellowship from the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. I served in leadership and clinical roles at VA Palo Alto from 2009-2015, before transitioning to roles at UCLA in 2015, including serving as a psychologist at UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services from 2015-2020, and as an Assistant Clinical Professor for the UCLA Psychology Department from 2018-2021. In August of 2020, I transitioned to my current role as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist at the Adult OCD Intensive Outpatient Program at UCLA Health. My professional experience includes training psychiatry residents at Stanford University as well as supervising psychology graduate students at UCLA.
